Sharing the birthplace with Mahatma Gandhi, in Porbandar, Gujarat – Mr Rizwan Adatia developed an ideology very early in life, influenced by the Gandhian philosophy. He lived the essence of Mahatma’s preaching a guiding force that helped him challenge his destiny of a struggling entrepreneur, who travelled all the way to Congo, Africa to seek his destiny at a tender age of 16 years. Determined to change his future and that of others, Rizwan found joy in supporting many struggling lives.

As the founder of RAF and the Chairman of Board, COGEF Group – Rizwan is a symbol of hard work and resilience. Building business from a small chain of shops to COGEF a multi-million dollar conglomerate was a herculean effort for Rizwan, who could not complete his education. He groomed his capabilities fuelled by hard work and intense desire to succeed. Besides excelling at his efforts, he always took effort to share his learnings and fortune. It’s been three decades of philanthropy without boundaries for him. He offers leadership, guidance as a motivational speaker and personally mentors young people. Among many other developmental activities, Rizwan conducts workshops and helps young aspirants by supporting them in achieving their professional or personal goals.
